Available Data feels like a transmission from a satellite that has long since been forgotten by its creators. It is a stark departure from the band's earlier, more explosive post-rock tendencies, opting instead for a sound that is entirely electronic and often generative. The music doesn't so much progress as it evolves, with microscopic glitches and modular hums shifting like tectonic plates made of silicon.
