Avalon

Released in 2008, Avalon served as the debut full-length statement from Perth's Chaos Divine, following their well-received Ratio EP. Recorded at the legendary Sing Sing Studios in Melbourne and produced by Jarrad Hearman, the album represents a pivotal moment in Australian progressive metal. While the band would later lean further into melodic and clean territories, Avalon retains a significant amount of the 'melodeath' influence that characterized their early sound, featuring a balanced mix of harsh and clean vocals.
