Released in May 2022, BEYOND : ZERO serves as ATEEZ's second Japanese mini-album, functioning as a bridge between their core Korean discography and their expanding Japanese market presence. The album is anchored by the 'Boxers ver.' of ROCKY, which leans heavily into hard rock and industrial influences, a departure from the more traditional trap-pop of their earlier work.
