JAGUAR II

JAGUAR II serves as the full-length debut and the concluding chapter of Victoria Monét's Jaguar series. Following the success of the 2020 EP, this album expands the sonic universe with higher production values and a more refined focus on '70s-inspired soul and funk. Recorded with a heavy emphasis on live instrumentation, particularly horns and bass, the album was engineered to bridge the gap between vintage warmth and contemporary R&B crispness. The project features collaborations with Lucky Daye, Buju Banton, and even Monét's daughter, Hazel, on the track 'Hollywood,' which also features Earth, Wind & Fire.
