Paper Walls

Released in 2007, Paper Walls represents a 'return to form' for Yellowcard following the experimental and darker textures of Lights and Sounds. Recorded at Ocean Studios, the album successfully re-integrated the high-energy pop punk tempos of Ocean Avenue while retaining the mature songwriting and complex arrangements the band had developed. It marks a significant lineup transition, being the first to feature guitarist Ryan Mendez and the last with founding bassist Peter Mosely.
