Rulebreaker, released in 2016, represents a significant technical milestone for Primal Fear. It is the first album to feature the triple-guitar lineup of Mat Sinner, Tom Naumann, and Alex Beyrodt, a configuration that allows for exceptionally lush harmonic layering and complex solo sections.
