Titans of Creation

Released in 2020, Titans of Creation is Testament's thirteenth studio album and represents a high-water mark for their 21st-century output. It is notable for featuring the same lineup as its predecessor, Brotherhood of the Snake, allowing for a palpable chemistry particularly between guitarists Eric Peterson and Alex Skolnick. The album was produced by Juan Urteaga and mixed by Andy Sneap, resulting in a signature 'Sneap' sound: punchy, clear, and extremely modern. Sonically, the album bridges the gap between the band's thrash origins and the more extreme death metal influences found on 1999's The Gathering.
