64Revolt is a Swedish trio consisting of Matilda Stalin, Patrik Haraldsson, and Emil Broling, originating from Malmö's vibrant underground scene in the early 2000s. Their sound identity is defined by a fusion of 'Sixtyfour Hardcore' (a term they coined) which blends the technical constraints of 8-bit chiptune with the ideological and sonic intensity of digital hardcore and industrial music.

Emerging from a philosophical belief in the power of machines as a counter-force to contemporary societal structures, their work avoids the overt didacticism of peers like Atari Teenage Riot, opting instead for a more atmospheric and symbolic approach to protest. Their career arc saw them move from raw EPs to more polished, yet still aggressive, full-lengths like 'Aim for the Flat Top.' Critically, they are recognized for bridging the gap between the often-insular chiptune community and the broader punk and industrial landscapes.
