Cleveland-born singer Alina Baraz creates pop music and began her professional career in 2013 with the track Roses Dipped in Gold. She gained significant attention in 2015 for Urban Flora, a collaborative EP with producer Galimatias released via Ultra Records. Following this success, Baraz transitioned to solo projects, releasing the EP The Color of You in 2018 before debuting her first full-length studio album, It Was Divine, in 2020.
