Formed in Seoul in 2016, Astro is a South Korean K-pop boy band managed by Fantagio. The group launched their career with the extended play Spring Up and quickly gained recognition as a top new act from Billboard. While the ensemble originally debuted as a sextet, the current lineup consists of MJ, Jinjin, Cha Eun-woo, and Yoon San-ha, following the departure of Rocky and the passing of Moonbin.
