Formed in 1994, Atmosphere is an American alternative hip-hop duo based in Minneapolis. The group consists of rapper Slug and producer Ant. Throughout their career, they have released thirteen studio albums and ten extended plays. The duo maintains a long-standing association with the independent label Rhymesayers Entertainment, while also releasing music through Epitaph Records. Their collaborative work has established them as a consistent presence within the underground hip-hop scene.
