Banditos

Banditos are a Nashville-based six-piece ensemble that emerged from the DIY punk scene of Birmingham, Alabama. Their sound identity is a complex, high-energy synthesis of garage rock, soul, and Americana, characterized by a unique instrumentation that includes a prominent banjo used in a rock context.

The band's career arc is marked by a transition from busking and local Alabama shows to signing with the prestigious roots label Bloodshot Records, which solidified their position in the 'insurgent country' and garage-rock revival scenes.
