Formed in 2004 in Midland, Ontario, Born Ruffians are a Canadian indie rock band currently signed to Yep Roc Records. The group features Luke Lalonde, Mitch DeRosier, Steve Hamelin, and Maddy Wilde. Since debuting with 2008's Red, Yellow & Blue, the ensemble has maintained a prolific output, culminating in the 2025 release of their ninth studio album, Beauty's Pride. They remain a staple of the Canadian independent music scene.
