Early work like 'To the Gory End' showcased a raw, punk-adjacent energy, but it was their second album, 'Death Shall Rise', that defined their legacy. Produced by Scott Burns at Morrisound, it aligned them with the Florida scene (Death, Obituary) while maintaining a distinct British grit. The band's career arc is marked by significant shifts, including a controversial move toward a more melodic, alternative-influenced sound on 'Black Faith' (1995) during a brief major label stint with East West. Despite two breakups, their 2013 reformation saw a return to their traditional death metal roots.
