Daydream Twins

Daydream Twins is an Austin-based shoegaze and dream pop project founded by Jordan Terry and Aidan Babinski. Emerging from a bedroom-studio context in Dripping Springs, Texas, the band's identity is deeply rooted in the personal and creative partnership of its founders.

Their sound is characterized by a high-reverb, ethereal aesthetic that draws heavily from the 90s shoegaze tradition while maintaining a modern, indie-pop sensibility. Their 2022 self-titled debut established a template of long-form, ambient-leaning rock, while subsequent releases like 'Bombinate' (2023) introduced more aggressive 'fuzz' and 'sludge' elements, showcasing a broadening dynamic range.
