Born in 1984, Dylan Kwabena Mills, professionally known as Dizzee Rascal, is a pioneering British rapper and MC. Celebrated for his contributions to grime, hip-hop, and electronica, he gained international fame for bringing UK rap into the mainstream. After signing with XL Recordings, his 2003 debut, Boy in da Corner, won a Mercury Prize. A Member of the Order of the British Empire, he remains a highly influential figure in music.
