Dralms

Dralms is the creative vehicle for Vancouver-based musician Christopher Smith, representing a significant sonic evolution from his earlier, more minimalist solo work. Formed with long-time collaborators from Siskiyou and Failing, the project is defined by its synthesis of art pop, downtempo, and post-rock.

The sound identity is heavily shaped by the collaboration with electronic producer Andy Dixon, who introduced layers of glitch, tape saturation, and ambient noise to Smith's melodic foundations. Critically, Dralms has been compared to OK Computer-era Radiohead due to its blend of organic songwriting and restless electronic experimentation.
