Electric Century is an American electronic and alternative rock duo formed in 2013 by Mikey Way (bassist of My Chemical Romance) and David Debiak (New London Fire). The project represents a significant stylistic departure for Way, moving away from the theatrical post-hardcore of his primary band toward a sound heavily influenced by 1980s new wave, Britpop, and synth-pop.
