Intro

Frauenarzt is the unfiltered pulse of the Berlin underground, a sonic collision where the heavy bass of Miami meets the grit of German street rap. His sound is defined by relentless TR-808 drum patterns, sharp analog synths, and a vocal delivery that oscillates between rhythmic rapping and rowdy chanting. It is music designed to be played loud, vibrating through car speakers and club walls with a raw, almost primitive energy that prioritizes the groove over polish.

What truly sets him apart is his commitment to the 'Pornorap' aesthetic and Ghetto Tech influences. While many rappers aim for poetic depth, Frauenarzt leans into shock value, humor, and pure hedonism. His production often feels like a time capsule of 80s electro-funk updated with a modern, aggressive edge, creating a bridge between old-school hip-hop foundations and the chaotic energy of the European rave scene.

For those new to his catalog, starting with the massive hits like 'Das geht ab' or 'Disco Pogo' provides a glimpse into his commercial peak as part of Die Atzen. However, to understand his true roots, one should dive into 'Dr. Sex' or 'Tanga Tanga', where the underground Miami Bass influence is most potent and the lyrics are at their most provocative.

Vincente de Teba Költerhoff (born 18 October 1978), known professionally as Frauenarzt (German for "gynaecologist", literally "The Women's Doctor"), is a German rapper from Berlin, also known as "DJ Kologe", "MC Digital F", "Arzt", "Gynniko" or "Günther". Frauenarzt was known for his sexually explicit, Miami bass style music. Since 2008, he began to produce Ghetto Tech songs, together with Manny Marc as duo Die Atzen. In 2009, the duo got their breakthrough with the hit single "Das geht ab", following that with "Disco Pogo". In 2014, Frauenarzt published the albums R.A.P (as DJ Monoton K & MC Digital F – DJ Korx and Frauenarzt) and Tanga Tanga 3, attaching to his two earlier released albums Tanga Tanga (2000) and Tanga Tanga 2003. The same year, he announced his new solo album for the year 2015.
