Havana represents a unique intersection of Romanian pop-house production and classic American neo-soul sensibilities. Formed in 2014, the project is a collaboration between producers Sorin Seniuc (Crush) and Vanotek, alongside vocalist Nadir.

Their sound identity is defined by high-gloss production values, mid-tempo grooves, and a multilingual lyrical approach that helped them achieve significant cross-border success in Europe and Russia. While the Romanian collective dominates their commercial footprint, the name also encompasses a San Diego-based soul artist whose work with producers like Nicolay and Waajeed aligns the moniker with the 'Soulquarian' lineage of organic, hip-hop-influenced R&B.
