Formed in Kingston, Jamaica, during the 1970s, Israel Vibration is a prominent roots reggae harmony group. The trio consists of Lascelle "Wiss" Bulgin, Albert "Apple Gabriel" Craig, and Cecil "Skelly" Spence. The members originally met as children while receiving treatment at a rehabilitation center for polio. Their shared history and musical collaboration established them as a foundational act within the Jamaican reggae scene.
