Founded by Gabriel Winterfield and Jono Ma, the project was born from a desire to blend traditional songwriting with the repetitive, hypnotic structures of dance music.
Their 2013 debut, 'Howlin', was a critical smash, earning them comparisons to Primal Scream and The Stone Roses while maintaining a distinctly modern, Australian warmth.
