Aggressive sawtooth synths and high-octane rhythms built for the main stage. High-fidelity French electro house with a relentless, polished club pulse.
Joachim Garraud delivers a masterclass in high-definition club energy. His sound is defined by massive, biting sawtooth synthesizers, heavy sidechain compression that makes the room breathe, and a relentless rhythmic drive. It is the sound of the mid-2000s French touch evolving into something harder, shinier, and more aggressive, designed specifically to dominate massive sound systems and festival grounds.
What sets Garraud apart is his technical precision and his background as a pioneer of audio-visual performance. While his peers often leaned into disco-house warmth, Garraud pushed toward a more 'space-age' or 'industrial-lite' aesthetic, utilizing crisp digital textures and complex layering. His work as a producer for David Guetta and Jean-Michel Jarre is evident in the way he balances pop accessibility with experimental electronic synthesis.
To experience the peak of his sound, start with the album 'Invasion'. It captures the quintessential electro house era with its booming kicks and iconic 'dirty' synth leads. It is the perfect soundtrack for high-intensity movement, whether you are in the gym, behind the wheel, or preparing for a night out.
