Little River Band (LRB) is Australia's most successful soft rock export, achieving massive international scale in the late 1970s. Formed from the ashes of harmony-rock group Mississippi and featuring veterans of Axiom and The Twilights, the band was engineered for the American market.

Their sound identity is built on the 'West Coast' aesthetic: pristine production, intricate vocal harmonies, and a blend of country-rock sensibilities with sophisticated pop-jazz textures.
