Lucinda Chua

Lucinda Chua is a London-based multi-instrumentalist, singer, and producer whose work occupies the intersection of chamber music, ambient, and art pop. A classically trained cellist, her career began in the duo Felix before she became a highly sought-after collaborator, touring with post-rock legends Slint and ambient pioneers Stars of the Lid, and joining FKA Twigs' live ensemble.

This diverse background informs her solo work, which strips away the maximalism of pop in favor of 'heightened interiority.' Her sound identity is defined by the cello, often processed through loops and reverb to create a bed for her hushed, breathy vocals.
