This lore informs the aesthetic, which blends the mundane reality of labor with the escapist fantasy of 2000s furry internet culture. Musically, MAILPUP draws heavily from the Dutch gabber tradition, 90s happy hardcore, and the chaotic sampling techniques of breakcore.
