Motel Connection

Motel Connection is an Italian electronic project formed in Turin in 2000, representing a significant side-project and evolution for members of the influential alt-rock band Subsonica. The trio consists of Samuel (vocals), Pisti (DJ/production), and Pierfunk (bass). Their sound identity is characterized by a sophisticated blend of house, techno, and electro-rock, often leaning into a noir, cinematic aesthetic. This cinematic leaning is evidenced by their significant contributions to film soundtracks, most notably for 'Santa Maradona' and 'A/R: Andata e Ritorno'.
