Nightlife Unlimited is a cornerstone of the Canadian disco and Hi-NRG scene, primarily centered around the creative partnership of Tony Bentivegna and Johnny D'Orazio. Emerging from Montreal in 1979, they initially gained international traction with the infectious 'Disco Choo Choo,' a track that exemplified the era's fascination with rhythmic themes and high-production value.

As the disco era transitioned into the 80s, the group successfully pivoted toward a more synth-driven, Hi-NRG sound, collaborating with influential producers like Peter DiMilo and George Cucuzzella of Unidisc fame.
