Nightmare and the Cat was a British-American quintet led by brothers Django and Samuel Stewart, sons of Eurythmics co-founder Dave Stewart. Formed in 2010, the band's sound identity is a bridge between the literate indie-pop of the late 2000s (Vampire Weekend, The Thrills) and the more dramatic, vocal-centric traditions of Jeff Buckley.
