Oriol Singhji, known simply as Oriol, is a Barcelona-born producer who emerged as a distinctive voice within the Planet Mu roster during the early 2010s. His sound identity is a sophisticated synthesis of his Spanish and Trinidadian heritage, filtered through the lens of London's CDR club nights and the broken beat movement.

Unlike many of his contemporaries who leaned into the darker or more aggressive side of bass music, Oriol focused on 'sunlight' as a sonic texture.
