Formed in Japan in 1979, Parachute is a jazz fusion ensemble known for their collaborative musical approach. The group features a collective of six accomplished musicians: Tatsuo Hayashi, Nobu Saitō, Masaki Matsubara, Tsuyoshi Kon, Akira Inoue, and Izumi Kobayashi. Together, these artists have contributed to the band's distinct sound within the jazz fusion genre, establishing a lasting presence in the Japanese music scene since their inception over four decades ago.
