High-octane pop punk with a theatrical heart and a sense of humor. Upbeat, infectious melodies that feel like a summer festival main stage.
This is the sound of a sugar rush in a skate park. It is relentlessly energetic, built on a foundation of crunchy power chords, driving drum fills, and hooks that refuse to leave your head. While it fits squarely into the pop punk lineage, there is a distinct theatricality and a 'second family' warmth that makes it feel more like a community than just a band.
What sets them apart is their refusal to take themselves too seriously without losing their sincerity. They pivot effortlessly from goofy, satirical tracks about awkward social situations to deeply earnest anthems about mental health and staying alive. The production is bright and punchy, often incorporating synth flourishes and hip-hop cadences that keep the traditional punk instrumentation from feeling stale.
Start with the album 'Brighter' to hear them at their most polished and anthemic. It captures the balance of their high-energy stage presence and their ability to write songs that feel like an inside joke between the band and the listener.
