Formed in 2003 on Saint Thomas, the American hip-hop duo R. City consists of brothers Theron and Timothy Thomas. Initially recognized as a prolific songwriting and production team for major industry artists, the pair signed with Kemosabe Records in 2014. They achieved commercial success as recording artists with their 2015 debut album, What Dreams Are Made Of, which featured the hit single Locked Away, a collaboration with Adam Levine.
