Richard Müller is a cornerstone of the post-1980s Czechoslovak music scene, evolving from a music journalist into one of the region's most influential solo artists. His early work with the band Banket helped define the sound of Slovak synth-pop and new wave, particularly with the hit 'Po schodoch.'
