Rosi

Rosi is a German post-punk and darkwave duo based in Bielefeld, consisting of Sven Rosenkötter and Mirco Rappsilber. Emerging in the mid-2010s, they have carved out a niche within the European 'cold-wave' revival, characterized by a sound that heavily references the early 1980s.

Their sonic identity is built on a foundation of minimalist drum machine patterns (often reminiscent of the Roland TR series), prominent melodic basslines, and 'glassy' electric guitar work that utilizes heavy modulation.
