Australian singer-songwriter Ruel, born Ruel Vincent van Dijk, creates music blending pop and soul influences. Hailing from Sydney, he gained prominence through popular tracks like "Don't Tell Me," "Younger," and "Painkiller." His early success earned him the Breakthrough Artist award at the 2018 ARIA Music Awards for his single "Dazed & Confused." Currently signed to Giant Music, the artist released his debut studio album, 4th Wall, in March 2023.
