Sloppy Jane

Sloppy Jane is the creative vehicle for Brooklyn-based artist Haley Dahl. While the project began in the Los Angeles DIY punk scene, it has evolved into a sophisticated avant-garde chamber pop ensemble.

The band's history is notably linked to Phoebe Bridgers, who was an early member and later signed the band to her Saddest Factory imprint. Dahl's sound identity is defined by a rejection of standard studio artifice; her most acclaimed work, Madison (2021), utilized the natural acoustics of Lost World Caverns in West Virginia.
