Formed in London in 1997, the British dance-pop group Steps consists of members Lee Latchford-Evans, Claire Richards, Lisa Scott-Lee, Faye Tozer, and Ian Watkins. Throughout their career, the act achieved two number-one UK albums and 14 consecutive top-five singles. Signed to Jive Records, the group sold over 22 million records globally. Their accomplishments include a 1999 BRIT Award nomination and a support slot on Britney Spears' debut American tour.
