Formed in 2002 in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Streetlight Manifesto is an American ska punk group. The band, which features founding member Tomas Kalnoky, emerged from the local third wave ska scene. They debuted their first studio album through Victory Records in 2003. Shortly after their inception, the ensemble successfully headlined a sold-out performance at Rutgers University, establishing their presence within the regional music community.
