High-velocity surf punk meets vulnerable bedroom pop. Raw, reverb-soaked guitars and frantic drums for the lonely and the loud.
Formed in Reno in 2012, Surf Curse is an American band now operating out of Los Angeles. The group blends elements of surf, post-punk, lo-fi, indie rock, and indie pop. Originally founded by Nick Rattigan and Jacob Rubeck, the current lineup also features Henry Dillon and Noah Kholl. The quartet reached widespread mainstream recognition in 2020 when their 2013 track "Freaks" gained significant popularity on the video platform TikTok.
