Svemirko

Svemirko is the primary creative vehicle for Croatian musician and producer Marko Vuković. Emerging in 2017 with the debut album 'Vanilija', the project became a central pillar of the 'new Balkan wave', revitalizing the synth-pop and new wave aesthetics that dominated the former Yugoslavia in the 1980s.

Vuković handles nearly all aspects of production, favoring a DIY approach that utilizes vintage hardware and analog recording techniques to achieve a signature 'tape-warped' sound.
