Turbowolf emerged from the Bristol scene in 2008 as a defiant outlier, blending the heavy riffage of stoner rock with the frantic energy of punk and the experimental textures of early electronica. Led by the charismatic Chris Georgiadis, whose use of synthesizers as a primary lead instrument redefined the 'hard rock' template, the band carved out a niche they dubbed 'Goat Power.'
Their sound identity is defined by Andy Ghosh's thick, blues-based guitar work interwoven with Georgiadis's oscillating synth lines and Lianna Lee Davies's driving bass.
