Unshine

Unshine is a Finnish metal band formed in 2001, notable for their 'druid metal' branding which emphasizes nature, paganism, and ancient folklore. Based in Helsinki, the band emerged during the peak of the Finnish symphonic metal boom but carved out a niche by eschewing operatic tropes in favor of a more atmospheric, gothic-folk hybrid.
