Weatherbox

Weatherbox is the primary creative vehicle for San Diego singer-songwriter Brian Warren. Since 2006, the project has functioned as a revolving door for musicians, with Warren remaining the sole constant and visionary.

Their sound is a sophisticated evolution of the mid-2000s San Diego 'post-everything' scene, blending the melodic sensibilities of third-wave emo with the structural complexity of math rock and the thematic depth of psychedelic folk. Warren's lyrics are a major focal point, often weaving together personal confession, social critique, and dense, esoteric mythology.
