Following significant personnel shifts - including the departure of Mike Auldridge to form Chesapeake - founding members John Duffey and Ben Eldridge recruited a new core consisting of Dudley Connell, Fred Travers, and Ronnie Simpkins. This lineup proved remarkably cohesive, maintaining the band's signature 'urban bluegrass' sophistication while injecting fresh energy.
