Released in 2015, Haven is Kamelot's eleventh studio album and the second to feature vocalist Tommy Karevik. Produced by long-time collaborator Sascha Paeth, the album solidified the 'Karevik era' by moving away from the darker, more convoluted structures of Silverthorn toward a more accessible, hook-driven, and modern sound. The album's themes revolve around a world in turmoil, touching on social media isolation, environmental decay, and internal psychological struggles. Musically, it balances the band's power metal roots with increased electronic/industrial textures and massive symphonic arrangements. Notable for its high-profile guest list, the album features Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy), Charlotte Wessels (Delain), and Troy Donockley (Nightwish).
