Released in 2008, Monster solidified Oomph!'s status as leaders of the Neue Deutsche Härte (NDH) movement alongside peers like Rammstein. The album features the hit single 'Labyrinth' and 'Wach auf!', the latter of which was featured on the soundtrack for the film Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem.
