Threshold

Released in 2006, Threshold is HammerFall's sixth studio album and marked a significant commercial milestone, returning the band to the #1 spot on the Swedish charts for the first time since 2000's Renegade. Sonically, the album continues the refinement of the 'HammerFall sound': clean, high-register vocals, anthemic choruses, and a heavy emphasis on the 'Templar' aesthetic. It is a transitional bookend in the band's history, serving as the final studio appearance for long-time members Stefan Elmgren (guitar) and Magnus Rosén (bass).
