DJ Chus

DJ Chus, born Jesús López Esteban in Madrid, is a foundational figure in Spanish electronic music and the primary pioneer of the Iberican Sound. Emerging in the late 90s, he established Stereo Productions, a label that became the global hub for a percussive, tribal-influenced style of house music.

His career is defined by a deep commitment to the drum, often collaborating with Pablo Ceballos as Chus & Ceballos to refine a sound that bridged the gap between the soulful house of New York and the harder techno leanings of Europe.
