Mitzi

Mitzi is a four-piece electronic ensemble from Brisbane, Australia, consisting of Dominique Bird, Jad Lee, Charles Murdoch, and Cale Suesskow. Emerging in 2010 during the height of the Australian indie-dance explosion, they became a cornerstone of the influential Future Classic label.

Their sound identity is defined by a 'live band' approach to house and disco, utilizing real instrumentation - specifically prominent bass and syncopated guitars - to achieve a 'vintage analog warmth' that contrasts with the digital-heavy production of the era.
